End-User License Agreement
Effective August 9, 2026
This summary EULA applies to controlled-beta copies of the PluginPost desktop application unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
License grant
Subject to an active entitlement, XSignOn grants the named user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PluginPost on authorized devices for evaluation or licensed business use.
Restrictions
You may not sell, sublicense, publish, share activation credentials, remove proprietary notices, or attempt to extract protected generation logic. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses and notices distributed with the application.
Updates and termination
Signed updates may modify or replace components while protecting against unauthorized rollback. This license ends if its conditions are breached; after termination, use must stop and installed copies must be removed.
Warranty and liability
Beta software is provided for evaluation on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Liability limitations in a signed order, acquisition agreement, or local mandatory law take precedence.
